If you are looking at building, renovating or extending and don't know where to start Hennessy Building Projects can assist you. We have a professional team that will work closely with you to achieve your building dreams, keeping in line with your budget. We will meet with you and share our ideas. You will then receive a full break down of all materials and labour cost in an easy to understand electronic format. You can also add the option of concept plans so you can visualise your project and have the option to change ideas before your final plans are drawn up. If you are financing your building project through a bank or lender it will be in your best interest to show the break down and plans to the lender for more success of getting the finance.
Hennessy Building Projects are building contractors that offer all exterior services from landscaping to rendering. We undertake all interior renovations including windows, paint, flooring, kitchen and bathroom makeovers. We ensure our work is of the highest quality conforming to BCA and OH&S requirements.

Hennessy Building Projects is a family run business and licensed builder of new homes, home renovations, home extensions and, shop fit outs, office fit outs and commercial refurbishments. We are local Gold Coast builders, and are members of the QLD and NSW Master Builders Association. We have the experience and knowledge of the building industry to enable us to meet our commitment to provide quality building services. We always strive to complete our projects on time and within budget.
We work together with clients during the entire process of their projects to incorporate their ideas, budgets and expectations and come up with realistic results. With Hennessy Building Projects, you will have a dedicated project manager who will keep you informed from the beginning to the completion of the job. Clients deal directly with the builder who knows the building process, what is possible, realistic and how the projected outcome can be achieved within budget.
Our work is our carried out all over the Gold Coast region, from Coomera, Hope Island, Helensvale, Ashmore, Miami, Mermaid Waters, Burleigh, Robina, Reedy Creeky, and Mudgeeraba through to Currumbin, Tugun and Coolangatta. We also have the NSW builders license to cover the Tweed region.
